Frieze Seoul without the flight
Arthur highlights Frieze Seoul previews and tools for browsing fair booths by gallery, artist, and past fair activity.
Frieze Seoul runs September 2–6, and we already have nearly every preview from the fair in the app.
You know what fair week looks like if you're on gallery lists. Forty emails in five days, each one a different PDF, all landing while you're trying to figure out where to spend Tuesday morning. And if you're not flying to Seoul, they just pile up unopened.
Our users forward those previews to us. We put them all in one place, before the fair opens.
What you can do with it:
- Look by gallery — see exactly what each booth is bringing
- Look by artist — find the work you're following, wherever it's hanging
- Compare fairs — see what a gallery brought to Seoul this year against what they brought to past fairs. Whether they're going bigger, going younger, or repeating themselves.
That last one doesn't exist anywhere else. A gallery's inventory across fairs isn't sitting in anyone's inbox; it only exists if someone keeps the record.
Previews are under Art Fair Previews. The gallery comparison is under Gallery Analytics.
Worth ten minutes before the fair opens, whether or not you're getting on the plane.
